Kiko Glass Frames | Antique Zinc | Landscape
Our Kiko frames are one of our most iconic pieces. The glass front and back make them great for photographs or other precious keepsakes like postcards, concert tickets and drawings. They look great grouped together in a range of sizes and orientations. Each one is strung with a recycled sari tie.
The sari ties on each frame are made from recycled fabric. Colours will vary. The metal is skilfully soldered around the glass with traditional tools; this handmade process means that there are weld marks on the joins of each piece, a feature that we love as it tells the story of how the product is made.
We love the ethos of NKUKU and how they are inspired, as we are in our work we do with artisans in Morocco, by products being:
ETHICAL - ECO FRIENDLY - HANDMADE
From the outset we were inspired and humbled by the talented craftspeople and their beautiful work, that we met on our journey.
We work with artisans throughout the world, supporting and celebrating their skills by bringing their products to a wider audience.
